The countdown begins ! Indeed, during the week running from October 10 to 16, a rich program of varied economic, scientific, cultural and artistic events has been planned within the Morocco pavilion. The opportunity during this period to particularly emphasize the attractiveness of the Kingdom as a global investment hub.
In concrete terms, numerous meetings, in partnership with CGEM and AMDIE, will see the participation of a large delegation of Moroccan public and private operators. A series of conferences and other themes have been scheduled, focusing in particular on industry, finance, digital, tourism, agriculture, energy, as well as transport and logistics.
AMDIE will take advantage of this window of opportunity to launch the “Morocco Now” brand internationally. In addition, Morocco week will also coincide with the holding of the “Global Business Forum Africa”, scheduled for October 13 to 14, which remains a platform for meetings and exchanges around the investment opportunities offered by the African continent.

Need it be pointed out that the Moroccan pavilion set up at “Expo Dubai 2020”, a site which provides for the visit over a period of six months of nearly 25 million people, was designed in the form of a route comprising 13 rooms, indicating that visitors can stroll in search of surprises.
“These reflect the potential and concrete achievements of Morocco in many sectors, including economic, cultural and tourism, especially as they relate the history and embody the identity of the Kingdom and its vision for the future in of sustainable development,” said the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts, Air Transport and Social Economy, Nadia Fettah Alaoui, who is also the general delegate of the Moroccan pavilion. Remember that since October 1, all eyes have been on Dubai, which is hosting the 2020 World Expo, an event that was postponed last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Like 190 countries around the world, Morocco is taking part in this exhibition under the banner “Legacies for the future, from inspiring origins to sustainable progress” and its participation is an invitation to visitors to ( re)discover the country, its history, its identity, its talents, but also its tangible achievements in various fields.
